Kellie Maguire

Kellie is a Qualified Solicitor and a Lecturer in Law. Kellie has extensive experience in practice and prior to joining BCU, she specialised in acting on behalf of insurers and their commercial insureds defending litigated complex injury claims where fraud was suspected.

She also designed and delivered training to insurers in respect of a range of subjects, including litigation strategy, CPR and fundamental dishonesty.

Kellie teaches on the LLM in Legal Practice and prepares students for employment in the legal sector, using the skills and knowledge that she has acquired during her years in practice.
