This year, we’ve extended the fair by 30 minutes to support students and graduates who require reasonable adjustments. We’ll also be highlighting typically quieter periods throughout the day — including the final hour — to help attendees plan their visit. We kindly ask that employers are set up and available for the full duration of the fair to help us create an inclusive experience for all.
Booking process
After submitting your booking via our online portal, we’ll be in touch to confirm next steps, complete the payment process, and provide our full terms and conditions. Please note: bookings will remain pending until reviewed.
What’s Included in Your Booking
- Listing in student-facing materials: print, email campaigns, and internal comms
- Lunch and refreshments for two representatives
- One table and two chairs
- Power access (limited availability)
- Free guest WiFi
- Access to campus cafes and amenities
Important Information
- One booking per organisation (up to four representatives permitted)
- Submission of a booking form does not guarantee a place — all requests will be reviewed
- Full terms and conditions will be provided during the booking process
