Our friendly advisors are on hand throughout Clearing to support you, answer your questions and assist with your application. Our phone lines can be very busy over the Clearing period, so prepare ahead of time by finding out the best way to contact us.
Looking to apply through Clearing?
If you have received your results and would like to apply to a course through Clearing, please give us a call on 0121 331 6777 from 8am on Thursday 14 August. If you are still waiting for results, including GCSEs, please only get in touch when you have received these.
Our Clearing Hotline operating hours are as follows:
Thursday 14 August 8am – 10.00pm
Friday 15 August 8am – 8.00pm
Saturday 16 August 9.00am – 4.00pm
Sunday 17 August 10.00am – 2.00pm
Monday 18 August - Friday 22 August 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 23 - Monday 25 August 10.00am - 2.00pm
Tuesday 26 August onwards 9.00am - 5.00pm (weekdays only)
