Montreal’s acclaimed Quatuor Bozzini perform new works by RBC student composers Kathal Farn, Michael John Haden, Vratislav Klemera, Vinícius Faria Motta, Kai Moohan-Shotan and Fiona Troon.
Acknowledged leaders in the field of new and experimental music, Quatuor Bozzini has been described as “one of the most daring string quartets of the entire world” (Bandcamp Daily) and has been an original voice since 1999. With its ethos of risk-taking, experimentation and collaboration, it has commissioned and premiered some 500 new works, while its musical ‘laboratories’ work to mentor and support new generations of composers and performers.
